Located on Manchac Pass @ Hoo Shoo Too Road, four miles east of Jefferson Highway in Baton Rouge.

This highly restricted subdivision in Baton Rouge has been developed with a focus on connecting with nature. The tract was not clear cut – only the trees in the direct path of the street, storm drains and utilities were removed. All of the lots have been plotted upon a natural high plateau in the Northern half of the tract with elevations above the 100yr floodplain. Venture downstream and you’ll soon reach the Amite River. From there you can explore the Amite, Diversion Canal, Blind River, Lake Maurepas and beyond.
